Anti-Sexual Harassment Training in the Philippines

Create a safer, more respectful, and legally compliant workplace through MSS Corporation’s Anti-Sexual Harassment Training in the Philippines. This practical one-day program helps employees, supervisors, managers, Human Resources personnel, and organizational leaders understand, prevent, recognize, report, and respond appropriately to sexual harassment and gender-based sexual harassment in the workplace.

The training covers the essential workplace applications of Republic Act No. 7877, also known as the Anti-Sexual Harassment Act of 1995, and Republic Act No. 11313, also known as the Safe Spaces Act or Bawal Bastos Law. RA 7877 addresses sexual harassment involving authority, influence, or moral ascendancy, while RA 11313 includes a broader range of unwelcome conduct that may occur among peers, across organizational levels, and through digital communication platforms.

Participants will learn how to distinguish acceptable professional interaction from inappropriate or prohibited behavior, maintain healthy workplace boundaries, communicate respectfully, document and report possible incidents, support affected coworkers, and respond responsibly as employees, witnesses, supervisors, or leaders.

The program also explains the responsibilities of employers and employees in preventing workplace gender-based sexual harassment. These include employee education, appropriate workplace policies, reporting procedures, protection against retaliation, confidentiality, due process, and the establishment of an independent internal mechanism or Committee on Decorum and Investigation.

Using the MSS EnterTRAINment® methodology, this training combines concise legal discussions with workplace cases, behavior-assessment exercises, communication challenges, bystander intervention practice, reporting simulations, and action planning. Participants are not required to disclose personal experiences.

This customizable Training on Anti-Sexual Harassment in the Philippines may be conducted onsite, virtually, or through a hybrid arrangement for private companies, government agencies, educational institutions, associations, and other organizations.
