This album showcases highlights from our 2-day Agile Project Management Training program delivered onsite at the Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO) office last June 26–27, 2025.

The program was facilitated by TLPian Coach Norman Adriano, MSS Corporation’s Head for Supply Chain Management programs and a resident Thought Leader.

Through interactive workshops, real-world case discussions, and practical exercises, CFO participants strengthened their understanding of Agile principles, tools, and strategies to enhance project delivery and adaptability.
